The Journal is the student newspaper of Saint Mary's University. The paper is published each Wednesday by The Journal Publishing Society, and funded in part by the student body. All students are welcome to submit pieces of work for publication in The Journal. These submissions should be received no later than noon on Sunday at The Journal offices or by e-mail. We prefer electronic submissions. When in doubt send submissions to thesmujournal@gmail.com.

All pieces are subject to The Journal guidelines for submission, ((available on request)). The opinions expressed in The Journal are those of the authors and not necessarily of The Journal or Saint Mary's University. Letters to the editor may not be more than 400 words. All submissions may be subject to editing.
